The BEST Guys in, “The Blue Ridge”.The Beech Mountain Staff have gone out of their way to help my Son and I at the Beech Mtn Downhill Shop. My son counts down the days every week until he gets to return and cut up with the guys up there . Thanks again guys for all great service and friendship.- Chris B.
Last Sunday, I got to Magic Cycles with a cracked back rim. (This was day 1 of a planned 4 days of riding trip.) It was only an hour before closing but they stayed two hours beyond and did a rim swap. Then they came back an hour late to double checked the re-built wheel and deliver me my bike, ready to go! This place is the BEST!- Kelly C.
The Boone staff suggested a cassette/derailleur/chain package for climbing and quickly installed it. No glitches, tight install and made this mean sea-leveler/flat-lander very happy. Thanks Magic Cycles!- Mitch M.
These guys go above and beyond for the customer, they are friendly, fun, and extremely helpful! This is a great local bike shop. I highly recommend them for new purchases and repairs! You guys are awesome!- Lauren H.
I was in town from Michigan and called to see if they had any maps for road riding; the guy told me to come in and he would map something out for me. I went in 20 minutes later and described what kind of ride I was looking for and he passionately wrote up an awesome route only a local would know. Glad I forgot my multi tool because at least I was able to purchase something from the shop in exchange for the route even though he was happy to do it and asked for nothing in return. They love bikes and love to ride I would check them out.- Adam G.
